Edinburgh: Top of the World

While balancing homework and travelling, it can be a bit difficult to keep up on blog posts. Today, I'm going back into the trip I took to Edinburgh, Scotland at the beginning of last month. Climbing to the top of King Arthur's seat is something you must do while you're in the city.
Whether you're a morning person or not, waking up early to catch the sunset is totally worth it when you get the most breathtaking views.
Hiking boots strapped on, and hats taken off, we worked up a sweat going to the top, cooling off quickly at the top.
It was one of those things where you have to sit, and really realize that you're in England, with your best friends and this is your life right now.
If you're thinking about climbing King Arthur's seat, I would defnitely layer up. I had on a cuddledud shirt, a pullover, rain jacket and a light jacket. I took off my hat climbing up because you will feel really warm when you reach the top. It's a bit of a climb, the steps can be a bit steep at times, and we definitely took the difficult way up, but going down was easier.
You also might think about quitting, because it can be really hard. Don't. Just do it, it's worth it.
